WEF ASEAN

The Women Economic Forum (WEF) is a global platform for women entrepreneurs and leaders with editions in over 50 countries. WEF ASEAN, its regional chapter for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, advances women's economic leadership across Southeast Asia through the vision of the SHEconomy, where women drive economic growth and regional development. WEF ASEAN convenes women leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and advocates across three strategic areas of collaboration, empowerment, and advocacy.

Cross-Border Collaboration

Connecting leaders across ASEAN nations to build partnerships and expand regional networks.

MSME Empowerment

Supporting women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises through market access and capacity building.

Policy Advocacy

Developing actionable resolutions on gender equality and economic empowerment for regional governments.

G100

G100 is a global network of 100 women leaders representing 100 wings across different focus areas and sectors worldwide, including Nobel Laureates, Heads of State, Ministers, and business leaders. As a sister organization to WEF, G100 advances thought leadership on inclusivity, safety, and women's economic empowerment globally, supported by male allies through the Denim Club, a network of men championing gender equality. As strategic partners with shared leaders, G100 brings global leadership and expertise to WEF ASEAN, while WEF ASEAN provides the regional platform for implementation.

Women Leaders: Creating a SHEconomy for Inclusive Growth and Economic Sustainability

The Women Economic Forum ASEAN 2026 takes place June 18-21, 2026 at the Rizal Park Hotel during the Philippines' ASEAN chairmanship year, which includes hosting over 650 regional meetings. This positions the forum as a key platform for women's leadership during a pivotal year for regional cooperation.
The Women Economic Forum ASEAN 2026 icon reinterprets the original ASEAN emblem, positioning women at the center of regional progress while preserving the foundational values of unity and cooperation. The abstract female form embodies women as architects of economic transformation. Its symmetrical structure balances tradition with innovation, while intersecting lines evoke the dynamic networks and cross-border exchanges that define contemporary economic participation. Purple signals dignity and visionary leadership, reinforcing the forum's mandate to position women not as participants, but as architects of economic futures. The icon bridges heritage and ambition: anchored in ASEAN's collective identity, yet boldly reconfigured for an era where women drive growth and regional transformation.
